Frequently Asked Questions
Treatment Protocol & Frequency
How often should I use it?
Biweekly is recommended for a start. Thereafter, it is recommended that you use it every 4 to 6 weeks for maintenance.
Can I use it on wet skin?
No. Always stamp on completely dry, clean skin. Stamping on wet surfaces can track tap water microbes directly into the skin barrier.
How many times do I press in one spot?
Press the device straight down, lift completely, and repeat up to 2–3 times per targeted area. Overlap each spot by about half, but do not excessively focus on a single location to avoid bruising or tearing.
When can I see results?
Your skin texture will improve after the first treatment. For more noticeable results, visible improvement typically occurs after the 3rd treatment.
Safety & Sterilisation
When should I discard the stamp?
Our nano dermal stamp heads must be discarded after 1 use. Dull needles cause micro-tears, hyperpigmentation, and severe skin trauma.
Can I share my kit with a family member?
Absolutely not. Dermal stamps cannot be cross-sterilised at home. Sharing tools introduces a high risk of transmitting bloodborne pathogens and deep bacterial infections.
Topical Product Compatibility
What serum should I apply right after?
Stick to simple hydrating ingredients. We recommend using the ExoLuxe Pro™ Renewal Ampoule for optimal results.
Which ingredients must I avoid?
Do not apply vitamin C, retinoids (Retinol), glycolic acid, or salicylic acid for at least 48 hours after treatment. Forcing these highly active formulas into open microchannels can cause chemical burns, severe peeling, and granulomas.
Normal vs. Abnormal Side Effects
Is pinpoint bleeding normal?
Our nano dermal stamping should not cause any pinpoint bleeding. If you see bleeding at shallow depths, you are pressing far too hard. Reduce pressure immediately.
How long will the redness last?
Mild redness and a sunburnt sensation are completely normal for 12 to 24 hours after treatment.
What are warning signs of infection?
If your skin develops oozing, severe swelling, pustules, or redness that expands after 3 days, stop using the kit immediately and consult a doctor.
